1. Order

Once you have completed your order a confirmation will be sent to your inbox. All information about products, prices, invoice/payment and delivery will be included. If anything is wrong, please contact med immediately at [email protected]

2. Delivery

My products are all handmade by me. After your order I will start making you jewelry, normally you can expect delivery withing 7-10 working days. At holidays like Christmas the delivery time can be stretched. 

3. Prices

All prices include VAT. The delivery cost is €10.

4. Returns

If you want to return a product you will pay the cost for this yourself. Please contact me first at [email protected].

Please note that all my name jewelry are 100% handmade and hand stamped, not one is like the other. Smaller variations in the distance of the letters may occur. If you want a precise distance I recommend a machine engraved piece of jewelry instead.
